Condition survey and heritage statement
We completed a full condition survey and heritage statement to inform roof and chimney repairs on this grade II 16th century three bay hall house. Remarkably the majority of the original ground floor plan remains intact and in use! We discovered a previously unrecorded remnant of a smoke bay during this project.
