Darron Carver is a historic building surveyor, heritage specialist and educator with more than 35 years’ experience working with historic and listed buildings across London, Sussex, the South Downs, Surrey and Hampshire. Known for his calm, clear and reassuring approach, Darron helps clients understand their buildings with confidence — offering expert diagnosis, practical conservation‑led solutions, and planning‑ready heritage documentation.
As the founder of Inigo Wren Surveyors, Darron brings together a rare combination of deep technical knowledge, hands‑on traditional craft experience, and senior heritage management expertise. His background includes leading the conservation and maintenance of 53 historic buildings at the Weald and Downland Living Museum, as well as delivering surveys, Heritage Impact Assessments, Conservation Management Plans and contract administration for some of the region’s most significant heritage sites.

Andy has over 30 years experience as a building surveyor in the heritage sector. He is also an expert building
pathologist and specialises in damp surveys. He is passionate about our historic built environment and is an experienced educator within the industyry giving his spare time to encourage and teach the next generation of heritage experts. Andy has also served as trustee to several local heritage assets.
Lisa Fisher
Msc Building Conservation, Cert.ED, BA(Hons), MA
Principle Archaeologist & Heritage Specialist
Lisa undertook various under-graduate courses in archaeology prior to completing an MA in Field Archaeology (Distinction) at the University of Sussex in 2009. She then set up her own archaeological unit in 2012, specialising in monitoring small householder developments for planning requirements. In 2023 she completed an Msc in Building Conservation through York University at the Weald and Downland Living Museum (Distinction). She has also been a educator for over 30 years teaching up to post-graduate level and is well versed at public speaking and is also published. She now specialises in archaeological historic building surveys, particularly timber-framed structures and undertakes archaeological Desk Based Assessments for both historic buildings and the potential for below ground archaeology.
